At BlackoutReady Essentials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking information.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
- Non-returnable items include: personalized/custom products, opened hygiene/safety-sealed items (e.g., water purification tablets if opened), final sale items (marked as such).
Return Process
1. Contact us at blackoutreadyessentials@gmail.com within 30 days with your order number, photos of the item/issue, and reason for return.
2. We'll provide instructions (return address — usually supplier's warehouse to avoid double shipping costs).
3. Ship the item back (tracking recommended).
- Customer pays return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, wrong, or missing (in which case we provide a prepaid label or refund shipping costs).
4. Once received and inspected (usually 5–10 business days), we'll process your refund/exchange.
Refunds
- Full refund to original payment method for approved returns (minus original shipping fees if not defective).
- Refunds typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item (actual time depends on your bank).
- Partial refunds or store credit may be offered for minor issues (e.g., cosmetic imperfections that don't affect function).
- If we can't approve a return (e.g., outside window or used item), we'll notify you and may offer alternatives like partial credit.
Defective/Damaged/Wrong/Missing Items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/evidence.
- We'll arrange a replacement (if available) or full refund (including original shipping) at no extra cost to you.
- Zendrop/supplier handles these cases — we cover your costs if their fault.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for size/color issues (if applicable) or defects. Contact us for details — customer may pay return shipping unless defective.
